Product overview

Explosion-proof petrochemical inspection robot: The explosion-proof petrochemical inspection robot was introduced in 2018. It is available with wheeled or tracked drive and adapts well to its operating environment. It can perform scheduled inspections in explosion-proof areas such as large open-air gas and oil production facilities, chemical zones and warehouses for hazardous chemicals, providing multidimensional, three-dimensional and real-time monitoring and perception for unmanned and intelligent management. In petrochemical enterprises, the robot performs routine inspections in place of scheduled manual rounds, improving inspection efficiency, reducing labor costs and lowering the likelihood of explosions. It performs autonomous movement, navigation, autonomous charging, point-of-interest photography, anomaly detection and alarms. It can conduct scheduled inspections at natural-gas gathering stations, gas production facilities and tank farms, checking for gas leaks, high temperatures, flames, oil leaks and abnormal equipment conditions such as instrument-panel readings. It provides multidimensional, three-dimensional and real-time monitoring and perception, identifies and stores the locations and operating states of production equipment, and regularly collects environmental data such as temperature, humidity, cleanliness and airflow velocity to analyze the distribution of environmental conditions. It can also photograph and identify instruments such as level gauges and pressure gauges, and perform voice recognition of the on-site environment, providing timely and effective data for unmanned and intelligent management. The robot can complete system self-checks, power management, path obstacle avoidance and fault alarms autonomously. It supports autonomous charging, obstacle avoidance, navigation and path planning, and can be equipped with other customized functions to provide strong support for on-site emergency rescue.
